Tarantino Properties represents buyer in Braker Ln. land sale in Austin, announces plans to build 4,300 SF retail building beside new Kerbey Lane Cafe location.

Tarantino Properties represented the buyer in the purchase of 2.8 acres of land located at 1806 W. Braker Ln., between Metric Blvd. and Lamar Blvd, and announces its plan to construct a 4,300 SF free-standing retail building on the site, beginning in July 2014. TPI is also excited to announce Kerbey Lane Cafe as the anchor tenant at the site. Grady Field will serve as the leasing agent for the property.
