Tarantino Properties Sells 81+ Acres in Rosenberg, TX

Tarantino Properties, Inc. sold 81.8 acres in the Rosenberg Farms subdivision in Fort Bend County fronting US Hwy 90A and Avenue H (Spur 529) in Rosenberg Texas.

ALDI (TEXAS) L.L.C. purchased the property and will build a 650,000 square foot distribution center and divisional headquarters for the company. The seller was represented by Anthony Tarantino of Tarantino Properties. Boyd Commercial LLC represented the buyer.
