Tarantino Properties represented the buyer in the acquisition of prominent 116,548 SF Austin shopping center West Anderson Plaza. Major tenants include Hopdoddy’s Burger Bar, Bartlett’s Restaurant, Precision Camera, Verts Kebabp, and Terra Toys. Nick Tarantino, CCIM and Grady Field of Tarantino Properties, Inc. represented the buyer. Tarantino Properties has also assumed leasing and management responsibilities at the property.
