Tarantino Properties completed the lease of Planet Fitness at Three Points Plaza retail center in Pflugerville, TX.

Three Points Plaza is a retail and office center located near the intersection of Interstate 35 and Wells Branch Parkway in far north Austin. Tinseltown 20 Theaters are located nearby. Retail and office spaces for lease range in size from 130 to 3,125 sf. Center has plenty of parking, great visibility, good access to all of the greater Austin area, and very competitive rental rates.
