Avenue is located at 3517 Irvington Blvd in the Near Northside area and will feature approximately 30,500 square feet of community programming space. Avenue, a  local nonprofit, is dedicated to developing affordable homes and strengthening communities.

Avenue will office at this location, along with new tenants such as the Legacy Community Health clinic and the YMCA early childhood center. In addition, Avenue Center will offer area residents access to a wide variety of programs and services including homebuyer education and counseling, financial education, childcare, and space for meetings and training.
