Tarantino Properties, Inc. announces the sale of the Northgreen Atrium Building in Houston, Texas. The building located at 1300 North Sam Houston Parkway is a 69,106 square foot, 3Story, Class B Office Building built in 1981. GVJ Investments, Ltd. purchased the building and Peggy Rougeou with Tarantino Properties represented the seller in this transaction. Tarantino Properties will continue to execute leasing and management of the building while the new ownership will implement major renovations. In the plans, are updates to the infrastructure, HVAC and common areas.
