[Greenbelt, Maryland] – February 26, 2024 – Tarantino has a new Receivership and Management assignment, Charlestown North Apartments, in Greenbelt, Maryland
On Monday, February 26, 2024, Judge Weatherspoon at the Prince George’s circuit Court appointed a receiver for Charlestowne North Apartments. Effective immediately, Tarantino Property Management will take over management of Charlestowne North Apartments and is working with the city to bring the property into compliance with city requirements.
