Her expertise spans multiple affordable housing programs, including Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC, CDBG, HOME, and more, with a proven track record of achieving compliance excellence and maximizing operational efficiency. Throughout her career, Tammy has developed and implemented comprehensive compliance training programs, spearheaded internal audits, and collaborated with regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to multifaceted housing regulations.

Tammy has held leadership roles in organizations such as Gulf Coast Housing Partnership, Lionsmark Investment Group, ITEX Property Management, and Radney Management & Investments, Inc., where she consistently delivered transformative results.
