David Sutton, Senior Commercial Property Manager, specializes in retail shopping centers. He has been with Tarantino Properties for over 25 years and currently manages over 2 million square feet of space. Since joining Tarantino, David has managed in excess of 15 million square feet of commercial real estate. He has managed national tenants such as Wal-Mart, Kroger, HEB, TJ Maxx, Michaels, Palais Royal, Dollar Tree, CVS, Walgreens and hundreds of other national tenants in addition to many notable Houston based tenants such as IW Marks Jewelry and Sakowitz Furs. David also has experience in building tenants from the ground up, and has renovated properties from 20,000 square feet to 350,000 square feet. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Henderson State University. He was All American in swimming in both high school and college. Additionally, he has an active Texas Real Estate Broker’s license and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He has served on the Board of Directors in various capacities of many different real estate community associations. David is the father of two daughters and has been married for over 25 years. He values spending time with his girls, who also enjoy the love of swimming and both have achieved All American status in swimming as well.
