Brenda Choate, Senior Regional Supervisor for the Multifamily Division, has more than 21 years of experience in the multifamily industry. As a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record, Brenda is a real team leader and builder while maximizing profits and asset value on real estate.
Brenda has broad experience in all aspects of multifamily management and expertise in diverse portfolios including, but not limited to, new construction, lease-up, Class A properties, mid-rise, tax credit/ affordable housing, senior and assisted, and public housing. She also works with a diverse client base from private investors to lending institutions and institutional investors. Brenda works to maintain strong relationships with her staff, her property owners, and investors.
Previously, Brenda was a Senior Regional Supervisor with Ascension Multifamily and prior to that worked for Tarantino as a Regional Vice President.
Brenda holds national certifications, Certified Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).
