Maintenance Professionals - Austin, TX
Experienced, reliable Commercial Maintenance Professional is needed for Austin, Texas. Will be responsible for responding to maintenance issues for our commercial buildings. Must have experience in handling day-to-day maintenance of building operations including diagnosis and repair of heating and A/C, plumbing, equipment installation, electrical services, lighting, doors and signage. Coordinates with property management staff in performing tenant work order and general maintenance work. Obtains materials necessary to complete building, tenant maintenance and assists the Property Manager with tenant construction. Bilingual is a plus.

Property Manager - Channelview, TX
